Parnell Nelson drew this Peter Max like cover for the WRCR "Phone Thing". In the second semester of 1971. In-room phones had been installed in dorms during the summer of 1970. WRCR staffers realized that transfer students were not listed in the college distributed phone directory, students who had changed rooms were listed incorrectly, and there were some errors and omissions.
WRCR's supplemental directory included those new numbers as well as numbers not listed in the college directory like pay phones, Burpee Center loading dock and some popular off campus numbers.
Enough copies were printed for all students, faculty and staff.
