A letter from Sandy Ballin thanking NBC Chicago for a donation of tape cartridges. For some reason WMAQ (NBC's Chicago station) did not erase the carts prior to the donation thereby giving WRCR its first jingle package. Had we been on over the air broadcast station, we could not have legally aired the jingles.
